What sizes are available for formal and prom dresses?

We offer sizes XS to 4XL, though availability may vary depending on the style.

If the size I need is not available in store, can I order it?

Yes, if the size and color for the style you are interested in is available to special order. Please ask one of our associates for assistance!

Can I have a dress shipped to my address?

Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. You’ll need to pick up your dress in store.

What is the process for placing a special order?

An associate will assist you with the special order process. After confirming the dress you want is available, you’ll need to pay a minimum of 30% of the total in store. Once your dress arrives in store, you will be notified by phone that it’s ready for pickup. During pickup, you’ll pay the remaining balance. You’ll have 30 days to collect your dress. Please note that your 30% deposit is non-refundable, so be sure about your dress choice before placing the order.

Once I place a special order, when will it be ready for pickup?

Free shipping takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery to us, after which you’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be provided during the special order process. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or weather conditions.

Can I make a deposit over the phone or online?

Unfortunately, those options are not available at the moment. Please come into the store to make a deposit.

Are formal and prom dresses returnable or exchangeable?

No, they are final sale.
